LEADER-MEMBER EXCHANGE ACROSS TWO HIERARCHICAL LEVELS OF LEADERSHIP: CONCURRENT INFLUENCES ON WORK CHARACTERISTICS AND EMPLOYEE PSYCHOLOGICAL HEALTH.

twst20.v027.i04.coverOur empirical paper on Leader – Member Exchange (LMX)  has now been published  in Work & Stress (TF Informa). The journal’s impact factor is: 2.14.  It is ranked 18th out of a 181 applied psychology journals. 

The paper can be cited as:
